Pollard's health status
It appears that KP was playing through 2 different injuries at the end of the year (knee and shoulder)...
Does anyone know if either of those injuries require surgery?
Will he be ready to play during the summer Euro trip?
If not, will he be 100% by the start of practice next year?

I asked my daughter the Orthopaedic Surgeon about Kendall's knee over the weekend. I read to her the description of his injury--a deep bone bruise behind the knee. She didn't think there was any procedure that was going to fix such an injury.

I believe he had the shoulder injury the entire season as he wore a protective piece on it all year long.

Does that mean he has it for life or will it heal without medical intervention?

If what they are saying is his injury is true then he will be fine. Like any bruise, it will heal with time. He just needs to rest and stay off it for an extended. The constant running and jumping did not allow for it to heal. Deep bone bruises take much longer to heal than a normal bruise and are more painful.

At one point Archie said while Pollard was not dressing that they were trying to avoid having to do an offseason procedure. So who knows whether they were fully forthcoming that the issue is a deep bone bruise - for which there typically aren't procedures.

FWIW...
My daughters friend was at her therapy session today, and sent me a picture of a couple of UD players there.
I could only make out one of them - who was Kyle Davis and he has, what looks to me, to be a hard cast on his left wrist.

KP
has had a rash of injuries which are hampering his conditioning and practice. This does not bode well as he seeks to control his weight and improve his shooting. Which hand did he injure?

Only if he broke his RIGHT hand. And arm. Maybe a shoulder separation too.
