The NCAA said "voluntary on-campus athletic activities" can resume for basketball (and football) June 1.

But UD has already moved all summer classes online, campus dining is closed and "Campus Recreation, including all facilities, programs, and services, is closed effective immediately until further notice."
Obviously, if UD wants to make it happen, they can.
Anybody know what the plan is? For returning players and/or freshmen?
