Why do we have LW driving the lane at the end of a half. In the last few games this has led to nothing but garbage thrown up at the rim.

Hartsock makes me heart sick!
He REALLY makes the games unwatchable! I try and cope with it but when you can't get names right, can't figure out who has the ball, how many fouls a team has (which is right on the darn score board!) or how many free throws a team has taken... Hartsock HAS to be from either _avier or WSU b/c he's an idoit!
GRRRRRRRRRRRR
Go FLYERS, let's come out on fire and put the 40-whiners away!

Let's see what kind of 2nd half Anderson has. He shot the ball pretty well for UNCC.

Our defensive intensity today is very poor. Reminds me of the two losses. I can tell when the clock is never a factor, and there is a lot of dribble penetration.

Anyone able to go back and look at this? I thought it was a clear three Rob Lowrey made with the shot clock running out. They only gave us two points. We went from 44 to 46 points, instead of 44 to 47.
Could be a huge point.

Is BG saving his timeouts for the afterlife? What is going on here? This is the second bad stretch that has been extended at least two whistles when there should have been a TO. And get CW out and get his head right. He's trying to do too much right now.
Let's go boys. Get your acts together. Come on now. I'd like to see us switch to a little zone for a stretch. They are getting way too much dribble penetration against our man to man.

Time to settle down. Lokos like the team is a bit rattled with no flow. Need someone to step up and act like they want to be a leader for this team. CW wants to do it by taking it to the rack every time he touches it. RL wants to shoot every time he touches it, etc.
We'll see if they can settle down in the next minute or two.

Chris's downfall is that he acts before he thinks....a little out of control. He needs to play smarter

Glad they called that "poke in the chest" foul on MJ's guy.
I play pickup hoops with a guy who does that and I call it every time and he gets ****ed. It's obviously something his HS coach taught him.

Well right now I don't think you'll have to worry about him declaring for the NBA draft this year. Wonder what the scouts at this game are writing about him.

Shooting free throws is like a turnover right now.
Dayton looks flat out awful right now.

The more things change, the more they remain the same
Have been watching the game intermittently (won't allow UD to ruin/waste my whole afternoon). UNC-C just went up 53-49 after we were ahead 46-40.
XU takes one in the chops last night and we have a chance to grab co-lead in conference, so you can take it to the bank that we will take the gas pipe on this game. That's UD tradition.
What ****es me off is that XU has a tradition of winning the ones they need to and we have a tradition of choking when we are presented with an opportunity. It's been that way since the 1985. Crap, it's tough to follow my alma mater.
P.S. YES, I'm a pessimist by nature.

anybody who has followed flyer basketball for a considerable amount of time had to have known this was a game we were most likely going to lose.
however, its not over. come on flyers!

This is nothing that some solid D, blocking out and attacking the rim can't fix. We're not doing any of that. Really don't have our heads in it.

This is pathetic, no hustle, Charlotte dunking at will, offense has gone away and this zone is awful.

Warm up the bus...this one is over. Now we HAVE to beat X Wednesday to stay on the bubble. This sucks.

How is it physically possible for Charlotte to get so many offensive rebounds?
This is getting ridiculous...

Some where over the last couple of years, Gregory should have been able to find a better PG than London Warren.

Anyone want to explain to me why we're playing zone with a 7 point deficit?

Let's go boys. Get your acts together. Come on now. I'd like to see us switch to a little zone for a stretch. They are getting way too much dribble penetration against our man to man.

He was saving them for the 8:00-6:00 stretch, beacuse our guys were going to need help tying their shoes.

It's painfully obvious how important Marcus is to this team. There is no way he has any energy to come out, and I doubt he can carry the team without his normal energy level.

It seems like every game UD "needs" to win they cant finish. Creighton woulda put them in top 25 they lose. get close again and lose to umass. #26 this week and down by 11 to charlotte. I dont know whats goin on but BG needs to light a fire under thier butts. play like this X will blow us out

Where is the foul on that ally oop?
The refs aren't horrible, but are horribly inconsistent. Hard to tell when they are going to call what, and what will just be let go.
