It was a hell of a 4 years! I am going to miss watching you all play. You all helped move the program forward. I am excited to see how we build on the success the SS, KD, KP, and CC had. Seven long months until the Red and Blue Game.

Winnable game, and for that I'm pi$$ed. That's tonight. But tomorrow ... well, tomorrow I'll reflect on how much Archie and these seniors have given us as fans and how they've elevated the program. Four straight tourney bids, an Elite 8, two regular season A-10 championships and an average of almost 26 wins a year. In UD annals, that's nothing less than historic.

I'd love to break down everything that broke down tonight, but it's not the right time. We've got 8 months to talk about what went right and what went wrong and our hopes for next year and beyond. For now, I'll just say thanks to the Seniors, you'll never be forgotten.

#5 I can't even put into words how grateful I am for these seniors. Due to their efforts, the pride in our school & the pride in our program has risen to levels I never thought was possible. I wish each of them the best in whatever the future holds and promise they will never be forgotten. These fine young men have shed so much positive light on our great university. I also extend the deepest admiration to Archie for his leadership and wish nothing but the best for him wherever he may land (hopefully here at UD) Much love. #TrueTeam. Go Flyers! #5

Yep. It's time to be grateful for 4 years of hard work. To be grateful that each player gave the community that is UD a chance. And to be thankful for the ride on which they've taken us. Thank you, gentlemen. It's been a great ride. Best wishes to each of you in and for your futures.

I never really thought I'd get as attached to a group of Flyers as I did to the Flyers who turned us around while I was in school. The Perryman/Edwin/Ashman/Stanley group, specifically. I loved those guys, and I did it from the 3rd row (pep band seats!)

The best of the BG years threatened to win my admiration. The Wright/Roberts/CJ group. But it never quite all gelled the way we'd hoped.

The Class of 2017, however: they're the new bee's knees. I had to watch on TV and from the 300s, but the ride they took us on and the difference they've made to this program and my enjoyment of it are utterly unmatched. Thanks to Scooch, KP, KDavis, none of us will ever go into a Flyers' season with the same sort of expectations as we had before those kids hit campus.

Kudos to them (and Cooke and the walk-ons) for getting to the dance four times, and doing it in four entirely different ways, against four entirely different brands of opposition. And kudos to Archie for being the one who brought them all together and made sure that his first real class of "his" kids would go down in history as some of the best.

Here's to reloading -- not rebuilding -- next year, but never forgetting how glorious the past 4 years have been....

Thank you seniors. Many milestones set in your four years. We didn't make enough shots last night to advance, but one thing you guys left behind that will reap rewards for this program for years to come is a first half defensive performance like I've never seen. Your defense in the first half was a clinic. You shut down 2 Sharp shooters on the outside. You negated a team of 3 big men with all kinds of height advantages.

For years to come, UD basketball will study this performance and use it to teach how defense can and should be played. Your legacy in the recorded books is solidified. Your legacy in continuing to contribute to the program, and making it better began last night with that defensive effort is just beginning. Every member of next year's team should download that first half defensive clinic on their laptop and study it 3 times a week until they can play D like that.

Thank you and best wishes for your next adventure after UD. Remember to come back a visit often. The fans will always welcome and cheer for you.

And I'll go a little further and say we even played great defense in the second half, just couldn't rebound. I love this senior class and all they did so I don't want to be too critical but why couldn't we have these type of defensive efforts for the GW and Davidson games which may have gotten us away from play WSU in the first round? They are obviously capable of playing defense at a very high level as witnessed last night and many other games this year, so why not every night?

Thank you Charles Cooke. To lead us in scoring with 16 a game your junior and senior year, 5 bounds a game, and some great defense. One game against a great defender doesn't prove sh.., when you gave us about 60 great games. Keep your head up and keep improving!

Most over achieving class ever. This team has lots and lots of deficiencies but they overcome them. Each of your four seniors has major flaws in their game. If not, we would four NBA players on the roster. They cover them up so well and tried to execute what Archie asked.

They played hard and gritty last night but lost to a talented, bigger and deeper team. They should be extremely disappointed but proud.

Think about this; 4 NCAA Tournaments, 5 NCAA Tournament wins and the most successful 4 year class ever.
