This was a long time coming for both cross country squads. With the Lemon's both making NCAA's last year, I thought they'd be pretty good this year as long as they could get a consistent fourth and fifth man - enter Greg Roeth and Adessi.
It all started with Andersen, and many congratulations to Coach Davis on building a really good team filled with quality guys.
The women's team, I felt, was going in the right direction too. The trio of juniors on the team are all very good runners (Bulgrin, Coorey and Sherman) and having Mason in the mix now makes them a very deep squad even though Bulgrin is clearly the best runner.
And another big congrats goes out to Coach Alyanak on her Coach of the Year Award.
