UD Assistant Coaches

AM has done a great job, I think we have several threads to that fact. But, as any successful leader will tell you, it is not done alone. His staff has been with him for a while now and have helped him excel in recruiting, academics, practices, etc.

While there are rumors on if and when and where AM will depart UD, I havent seen any mention of his coaches rumored for head coaching positions. It is important to keep AM and his coaches, but the cream rises to the top and I am sure his staff is being targeted. Heard anything? Any thoughts?

Did Coach Kuwik interview for the Ohio U. job a year or two ago when OU was replacing Jim Christian?

Kuwik, it seems, could handle anything . . . the kind of guy you'd want running your program. Maybe he's waiting for the current ND coach to move on. Around the time of our big wins in Buffalo a few years ago . . . first I read of the coach . . . this story in the Buff News.

Just as a speaker, i heard some videotape with Allen and i wasn't impressed - so maybe he's a good assistant without polished marketing and charisma skills .

Perhaps it's Ostrom and Kuwik who are top dogs. I'm never around any of them, but i'm sure many close to the Program can give us an idea of their personalities and skills and professionalism.
