WHIO radio used to archive game broadcasts, Flyer Feedback, & the coach's show from Fricker's on their website. I wore out the game broadcast recordings in 2014. Can't seem to find these kinds of things posted there any more. Does anybody know if they are available? Would love to hear Larry & Bucky's 2nd half broadcast from Kingston.

man, watching that again, I didn't realize just how open EC Matthews was about to get. Kyle may have been able to close out quick enough to contest the shot a shade, but it looks like a good, clean pass to the proper spot would have given EC a clean look at a long 2 pointer. I don't know if he was suppose to stop, I would think he was suppose to keep curling towards the corner and the in bounds passer. It actually was a fairly well drawn up play by Hurley, poor execution on the passer who likely panicked that he was about to get a 5 second call. He probably had another full second (and I'm guessing the ref would have been generous with his 5 count in that situation) to get a better pass off to Matthews.

As I always do, and despite the delay, I listen to Larry and Bucky and turn down the TV sound. Best line of the night was delivered by Larry during the delay while refs were reviewing the play prior to the 1.3 second possession.

Larry was lamenting how he still didn't have a good feeling about the outcome. Bucky was more optimistic, saying (paraphrasing) "we got this one, partner." To which Larry replied (paraphrasing), "I've seen enough last second losses here that I feel like a dog that's been beaten over and over by a wet newspaper!"

great call larry and to think i once criticized larry for being too critical of gregory's team lol

I must admit doing the same in my W PA home, especially when we get one of the knucklehead announcing teams that annoy me. But I got this down to a science- I sit in front of my big as_ livingroom HDTV, I record it (as I've learned that often the video is several seconds ahead of internet radio). I then put the boy's WHIO on line broadcast on my tablet and view the tv recording and sync the video to the delayed radio broadcast. It strangely takes away some of the stress if I hear Bucky & Larry share the play a bit before I see it but not too far in advance... but that's personal preference. Or I just sync them together.

Writing this I just realized I am hopeless. Is it wrong....?

Listening to Larry & Bucky on delay is a far better experience than some of the tools on TV.

I get the message that the video cannot be played on a lot of videos. However, just out of curiosity I switched from Internet Explorer to the Google Chrome browser and it played the video just fine.

I contacted WHIO about this mid-January and the last email said they forwarded the issue to Jimmy, who should be able to answer my question. I have not heard back, but he was copied on my message. Here is his email address jimmy.larrabee@cmgohio.com. Maybe if more people contacted him it would help.
