We are holding on. Talking about these announcers, I personally enjoy them. They seem to be huge LaSalle fans that have the pleasure announcing the games. It also helps that they love Bucky and have siad he is the best.
We need to make a couple big hoops back to back soon.

Thomas has to be better than RL tonight. I hate to keep dogging him, but he is just hurting the entire team when he's on the floor tonight.

Any chance of a defensive rebound here guys?
Marcus and CW need to start touching the ball on the offensive end.

i said turnovers and defense would decide the second half. both have been painful. they are schooling us baseline on every trip down the court. offensively, we are playing way too fast. out of control. asking players to do things they are not able to do. slow it down, protect the ball, work for good shots.

Somehow we are keeping this lead.

Another one we're going to have to gut out with defense. If we could just get a couple shots to fall, we'd be fine.

Absolutely pathetic. It's Dayton's inability to beat the lowly junk teams of the A10 that continues to keep hold this program back. LaSalle and everything associated with that basketball program is 3rd-rate, yet UD can't win there.

London and Kurt should sit on the bench and sit there for the rest of the season

Let's get RL and LW on the court at the same time! Genius!
We turn it over, LaSalle comes down and scores. We have the ball, TO with 43 seconds left, tied at 61.

We must win the game here on the final shot. OT wouldn't feel good.

Why are we running clock all the time instead of just getting a good shot.

This is pathetic, up 17 should run away with a 30 point win but instead tied at 61. This is why people want to pull their hair out when talking about teams led by BG.

Cold second half, but Dayton willed the win. Glad it didn't go to OT. Marcus with 16!

Rob was 1-6 with 6 turnovers and only 3 assists, not a good night. KH 1-5 on 2 footers, not a good night. CJ had 2 pts and 1 rebound, worst game he played this year. Maybe the worst half this year, but we won -- that is how good we are 21-2 baby!!!

channelsurfing.net crapped out on me, but I was more than happy to be bunkered up with my radio to hear Larry and Bucky call that last second win.

Marcus takes all the fun out of a last second shot
There is absolutely no suspense when Marcus makes a game winner. The guy makes a flying dunk in one nanosecond while he is looking down throught the net. What an incredible athletic move!

just enough defense and a ton of offensive boards, especially late.
I'm not sure the PGs have played a worse game all year in terms of decision making and taking care of the ball. Most of the Flyers TOs were silly, not forced at all.

Not me, don't have any left to pull.
But you're right BG had 21 turnovers, oh wait he wasn't in uniform. Yep can't coach. Went for the points in the paint but KH could't hit 2 footers, but BG's fault right.
And that play at the end had to all luck right, I mean we all know BG couldn't have drawn that play up, right. What was it he said, chuck the ball and go for the rebound and put back, something like that. Think Bg knew what he was doing. We were just as cold in the 2nd half as we were hot in the first half.
The big thing is we came through in the clutch, the only team in all of USA with a 9-0 record with fewer than 5 points. Yep it take bad coaching to be able to accomplish that.
Folks when are you going to learn that it is the players who are throwing the ball away, missing assignments and not hitting their shots. Even the mighty Coach K can't make the players do what he wants, he can only coach and hope they do what he designs.
No question about it, this team has found a way to win clutch games that years past we would have lost. Can they keep it going, only time will tell, but till then this is one tough minded team. 21 - 2. One more on Saturday then the big game on the 11th.

Number of TOs and poor decisions tonight exceeded the basketball IQ of our PGs.

Big Question???
Just how much did the flight delay play into Daytons 2nd half play. They looked more tired than usual, and totally out of sync. I think Jet lag did become a factor in the 2nd half.

That would be me, and we were talking about the first half, in which he played Good.
Overall, I would still not call his game bad, as he played great D as always, and had a decent line. I would not call it great either though.
Sorry to aim this at you, but I am beginning to think you are one of the guys who sit near me at home games, that are always dogging on London this year. His play is much approved, and I still contend he is our better point gaurd over the course of the entire season.

This has nothing to do with sticking up for KH, but he had the second best play of the game. He caused that jump ball that allowed us to get the ball at the end for CW to brillianlty throw the ball off the rim for MJ dunk.
That was ugly, but I feel like we lose if it was not for that jump ball. Bad night for the post guys, but great play by KH. He did have a rough night.
