When Staten transfers, it's going to be our fault too. Because we did not applaud performances like this. Because we expected better. Because we said some players (and more the coaches) had weaknesses. Ugh.

That's how you exploit a coach who refuses to do something other than hedging the ball screen. Majerus just rubbed Gregory's face in his own you know what.

Imagine Marjerus coaching a team with athletes like we have. Then wake up and remember we have BG.

this goes to show you how IMPORTANT the coach is, it's not the players. The fact that SLU will win four games in a row in A10 play and absolutely bend us over a barrel with no courtesy lube, with the youngest team in the A10, goes to show you what a very good coach can do with DII talent.
Conversely, BG shows us what a clueless coach can do with 3 and 4 star players.

Derrick Dukes gave a real insightful reason on why it works.
I think it's because UD's players have no clue on how to play defense.

Derrick Dukes talks about who UD is going to play in the first round of the A10 tourney.
Who cares. How much of threat is a 7-9 team in the A10 tournament? A: No threat at all. They're a bottom half of the A10 team over the last 6 years.

I'm with you - I have zero interest in driving 3 hours each way this year to see this team in AC. They aren't worth my time and effort when the team itself is giving ZERO effort.
To suck this bad on Senior night says these guys have no heart and our coach is out of answers... every team in the A10 knows how to play us and we don't deserve to go to ANY post season tournament right now.

Hartsock and Dukes need to learn the rules of basketball.
That was not an over and back. The rule is all three things have to cross mid court...both feet and the ball. only 1 foot and the ball crossed.

BG really shows he cant coach, why are we still doing the double team? we've been killed all night on the hedge and still hedging way too far out or double teaming and we have no rotation. yet BG still doesnt adjust or stop it

I'd give you 1000 "thanks" if i could. Yeah, you hit the nail on the head. As much as I'd like Gregory to leave, CW deserves better coaching than this to end his career. But like I just told my wife; "this is what Donoher's offense would do to Gregory" (since Majerus runs DD's offense). I sure hope all the BG lovers are getting their fill tonight. How sad, I thought UD would get a chance to at least defend the NIT title; not so sure they will even make the CBI now...

With 4:30 left, Hartsock says I'm not sure there's enough time for a comeback. That's laughable. Learn the game.

I'm with you on that. Why continue the pain. If we hosted a game in either of those tourneys, I doubt 3000 would show up. TW has a problem and a solution isn't easy.

Has anyone observed the fans' faces in the crowd? It reminds me of a game I attended during the O'Brien era. U. of Missouri-Kansas City was ahead by a similar amount and Brother Fitz was the only one left in his section. It was just about as sad as this.

Kiefaber 455: It looks to me that Matt Kavanaugh is stuck in BG's dog house forever. I could see him going D-2 and play somewhere next year.
