When an ENZO isn't an ENZO

"The act of posting information, starting a new topic, or responding to a thread when the information has already been posted COUNTLESS times. In homage to automotive forums where wrecked Ferrari Enzo conversations are started without using the search button to ensure the topic has not already been COVERED AD INFINITUM."

After I realized that I had missed the earlier thread with a different heading on this poll, I decided to exercise the new pop-up feature on "ENZO", and whoa!

The above definition using the words "countless times...." & "ad infinitum" bring to question whether an ENZO is relevant to Flyer 1407's post which was a full day later.

This is an appeal to an Appellate Court on behalf of Flyer 1407.

Case by Counsel for the Prosecution

Argument A: The spirit of the ENZO is not to hammer people or to demean people. It should be taken as an honor and in fun. Flyer1407 is not in any way harmed by the ENZO, nor should he feel harmed.

Argument B: Precedent. Ever since the introduction of the ENZO, posts just like this were bestowed with the ENZO. Nothing in this post makes an exception valid or worthwhile.

Argument C: The description is clearly an exaggeration to the point where one could argue that it renders the ENZO application as impossible, useless, and impotent if taken literally.

Argument D: The ENZO use is a preventative measure, intended to intercept repeat posts in a way that makes them memorable, such that they don't get to the "countless times" stage.

I am willing to negotiate with the defense on the description of ENZO if it will make him feel better about it.

Otherwise, the Prosecution rests. :frog:

So again, the ballot box remains open for all supporters to help further the Flyer's interests given the absence of any input from a nonpartial judge.

No harm, no foul.
