Reminder: season ticket deposits due 6-30
A friendly reminder for season ticket holders that (at minimum) a 20% deposit is due on your account tomorrow. This is to confirm your commitment to renew. The ticket office needs this information top relocate approximately 160 seats that will be going away in the remodel (including one of mine).

Usually, payments aren't due until much later in the year. This year's deposit is so they know who is in for next season to allow planning all the relocations.

Where are you getting this information? That is news to me (and many others, I'm sure).

Just checked My Account on daytonflyers.com and it shows a zero account balance and no outstanding invoices. Not sure what you are talking about.

Just checked my emails from the ticket office. Sorry to alarm anyone, it appears that only if your seats are affected by construction does this matter.
Thank you for your continued support of the University of Dayton men's basketball program. This is a reminder that your 2018-19 season ticket invoice is due Friday, June 29. You must pay in full, put down a 20% deposit, or sign up for one of our payment plan options by that date.
If you have any questions or would like to pay over the phone, please contact the UD Arena Prosource Ticket Office at (937) 229-4433.

Dear Season Ticket Holders,
Thank you for your continued support of UD men's basketball! Phase II construction is already well underway for the summer and there have been several updates to the construction timeline since it was originally released last May. For more information, be sure to visit transformudarena.com.
As with Phase I, there are a limited number of season ticket holders who will be directly impacted by the construction during Phase II. In an effort to facilitate relocations of those accounts (as well as our normal season ticket holder upgrades/moves), we are asking all of our season ticket holders to indicate their intent to renew earlier this year than in past renewal cycles. No money is due at this time but we wanted to make you aware that you will be receiving your invoice for tickets and parking next month. For those being directly impacted by construction you will NOT be receiving an invoice this month. A member of the UD Arena Prosource Ticket Office staff will contact you directly later this summer with relocation options and an invoice will be prepared once your seat selection has been made. We are not requiring payment in full however we are asking you to either enroll in a payment plan or make a deposit on your seats no later than June 30, 2018 so that we know what seats will be available for relocations.
Why are you requesting my intent to renew so early?
A small number of seats are being directly affected this summer due to the construction at UD Arena. In order to relocate these affected season ticket holders we need to know what seats are going to be available for them. We will not be able to begin seat upgrades for non-affected season ticket holders until these seat relocations have been made and we would like to have all seat moves completed in time for the first home game.
Will I have to pay for my tickets and parking earlier?
You will have two options for declaring your intent to renew. Neither option requires tickets and parking to be paid in full early. You may choose to place a deposit of at least 20%, with the remaining balance due at the end of August (per the normal renewal deadline) or you may elect to enroll in an interest-free monthly payment plan.
It appears that this primarily concerns people impacted by the loss of seats.

Please note: If we have no communication from you and you have not enrolled in payment plan or placed a deposit by June 30, 2018, we will assume that you do not wish to renew your seats and they will be removed from your account.

Just saw this online DDN site. It is a paid advertisement about the new club seats written as an article. Placements begin today for those seats.
