FCS National Bowl (Senior All-Star Game)

Link....

http://www.fcsbowl.com/

It appears that this game is growing in popularity and scouts from various professional football leagues attend.

PFL participants include....

Reginald Bell University of San Diego WR/PR/KR
Andrew Robustelli Jacksonville University WR
Josh Brunner Morehead State University OC/OG/LT
Brandon Bornhauser Morehead State University WR/SLOT
Mike Jackson Morehead State University DB
Mike Kagafas Marist College LB/OLB/SS
Matthew Farris Campbell University LB

Do any of the board followers know anything about this game? Any insight as to why players from Dayton are not participating?

Maybe it is a pay to play type of thing and no one from UD wanted to pony up? Not really sure how "valuable" these "bowls" are for players looking to play professionally. The better question to ask is why does UD not host a pro day?

No players for teams remaining in the championship are playing. But, this seems like a great idea.

Another Senior Bowl

The FCS Senior Scout Bowl will be held on 12/20 in Myrtle Beach.

http://www.playcdfl.com/fcs-senior-scout-bowl-1.html

4 players from Campbell are on the roster for this year. Not sure if there are other PFL players or any Dayton players.

Last year, Marist had 4 participants, including Chuckie Loonie. Jacksonville, Valpo and San Diego each had 1 participant.

Since this year's roster is not yet published, perhaps there is still time to apply if there are any interested seniors.
