Where's Waldo??
Also known as:
Marparflyer 98
lilrudy4787
phelix17
and any of the other newbie bashers that came out of the woodwork after the Wofford game.
I can just picture some of them at home, with a huge missive typed up ready to be copy/paste into a new thread here but with the Flyers winning they just can't hit the <enter> key quite yet.
When they do come back, ignore them.

Gotta love a 6-0 start wins over Auburn, #15Marquette. IF they come back which I doubt they will, Like you said just ignore them. We know that we are good and that's all that matter.

apparently they do a good job at getting you worked up if you have to make a new thread about them. Now you are just acting like them, you probably had this all typed up ready to post after the game

I am just as happy as everyone else on this board about the game I witnessed last night and the way the Flyers played. You can call me whatever you want but there is no denying the fact that there is a track record of our recent teams either playing up to the competition's level or down to it. I believe we witnessed that again in this tournament. This was the point I was trying to make with the thread after the Wofford game.
We have incredible talent and I give all the credit to BG as the recruiting specialist, I am just concerned we are going to witness more of the playing at the competition's level again this year and it will come back to bite us come selection time (bad losses on our record that should not be there against teams that are subpar at best).

Whether you agree with it or not, he has an opinion and it is his. We all have one, one way or another. Let it be.

could have predicted this
98 comes on and justifies his position by presenting "facts". He has two rules. Rule #1- I am always right. Rule #2- when I'm wrong, refer to rule #1. We will lose some games this year and the boo birds will be out in force with their "I told you so" and "I was right". and " BG should do this or that" or "BG has to go". It's amazing the amount of wisdom that comes out when things are tough. And how some people are always predicting tough times even though at the present things are fine. It's like the economist who predicted ten of the last two recessions, always finding negatives no matter what. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut now and then. Fortunately these "fans" are in the minority.
