I don't want to jinx us, but I think we will eek by and get the W tonight. I mean, I know there is 50 something seconds left, but I'm feeling good.

Cooke with the best line of the year: 10-13, 3-5 and 1-1 with 24 points in 25 minutes with 4 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 blocks and no turnovers, and great defense. Game of the year for any player.

good night, although GMU is a bad defensive team, Flyers got whatever they wanted the entire game.

The Golden DNutz won't be posted until tomorrow morning...I'm out of town and not near a computer. Sleep on the results and be ready for a Royal poll tomorrow.

Game is officially over when players start talking to me during the game from the bench. A rare breather for Flyers. 85-58. 4:15.

We did not give you the day off. Get your butt busy, even though should only be one person getting any votes in the Golden Cooke, I mean Golden Dnutz.

UD shot 62.9% from the field
63.6% from three point land
and 60.0% from the FT line
Has any team ever shot a higher % from three than they did from the field or the line.
PS: I emailed Ken Pomeroy and asked him this

The Flyers last did it 1/23/2013 against Fordham.
3pt = 15/21 = 71.4%
FG = 35/61 = 57.4%
FT = 11/22 = 50%
Flyers have done it 12 times now since the 2000-01 season.
EDIT: Since 2012-13, 1 opponent has done it against Dayton.
GW 1/15/2016 - 3pt=50%, FG=47.4%, FT=33.3%. Not that great a line though.

No.
1/12/2002 - at Duquesne - 88-44 - 44pt victory
2/21/2002 - at George Washington - 89-53 - 36 pt Victory
This will be 3rd biggest road victory in UD A10 history.

I was at the game with Leslie's fan group. It was a great game to watch, although I was a bit alarmed when the team came out with Steve not dressed to play and at first we heard that CC was not going to play--EEK! Such a relief to see him come into the game after the first time-out. Didn't have to eke it out after all.
The camera man trained his camera on our section just above and to the left side of the players' tunnel from the locker room. We cheered good and loud as they came out and went back to let them know we were glad to be there.
Wish every game could be that relaxing with no nail-biting!
It was another great fan trip. My second this season and both wins. D)
I'm ready for Tuesday and another win over Duquesne.. BTW--thanks to GW for beating VCU!!
