Tom Gola Arena is small. I've seen each one of those fans multiple times during the timeouts.

Folks: We are at a huge tipping point for this basketball team and program. This was a horribly played game no matter how you look at it. LaSalle played a poor game and we played an even poorer game.

0-3 and counting...
The program is on the verge of taking at least one step backward. When the coaching change happened, this was my worst fear. Will the team sack up and get it together or fold like chumps. I hope the former.

Maybe Arch could do like teachers did in the old days, and have each player write on the board "I will not commit a turnover", but make them do it a hundred times for each TO. Talk about writer's cramp!

Incompetent Flyers
This team is incompetent at both ends of the court. They are now playing to make the A-10 tournament. What in the world they doing in practice?

I did not see the game, but the stats say we WON!
50% from 2.
50% from 3, hitting 7.
76% FT.
And almost twice as many rebounds!
How in the H did we lose?
Oh yea, 24 F'N TURNOVERS

He got into foul trouble again and was getting whipped in the paint while trying to front Wright. Josh is just not physical enough to play the 5 spot. I liked the way Scott played. I think it is time to give Scott the bulk of the minutes. Let Josh alternate at the 4 with Devin, who struggled somewhat himself. This is a game we should have put away early but the turnovers began at the 15 minute mark and never stopped.

Who knows what was discussed. The ball never left Dillards hands. He had a few options to pads.

Sits them. You play your best players regardless of class. Pierre, Scott, Robinson and Price should all get major minutes.

it's time to give the freshmen majority playing time
Freshmen completely outplayed the juniors and seniors. Scott deserves MUCH more playing time. I like his attitude and fight.
On a different note, if Dillard is taking the last shot, why not go for a win? I don't get it....and meanwhile, as I write this, Xavier is on track to start 3-0 in A10 play....same story every year.

Yeah, but you gotta remember that Xavier hasn't had all the problems we've had, what with Kavanaugh being kicked out of school and.....and, well all the new players we've had to integrate into the system and our inexperience and our new point guard and our playing on the road and all, and......on, and on, and on, and on...excuse, excuse....on and on.....!

Nothing. Scott just seems to play with more aggressiveness and got more of the minutes. I do think Robinson should have gotten some of Benson's minutes as he was horrible in the second half.

this team has faced pressure earlier in the season (Alabama and Murray) and did just fine. Something is going on over the last five games and it is more than just poor performance.
