A team loaded with seniors, coming off back to back losses, with one of them being a major upset. I am keeping realistic expectations for this game for our Flyers.
However, I would love to see Robinson have a career game and Pierre to put up the numbers I think he is capable of, and anything is possible.
Go Flyers

Kriswell predicts: (for those of you old enuf to remember Kriswell)
Archie is gonna pull out a surprise defense of some sort during the course of the game. Not for all 40 minutes...just when he needs to change the momentum or disrupt the SLU flow.

They will come out sky high and with great urgency. If we can withstand that initial punch, we have a chance. The first five minutes of each half will be key.

I hate 9:00 games....end too late and the 7:00 game always runs over or goes into OT.
Louisville (#11) at SMU (#18) is the 7:00 game...and the o/u for the gametime when they'll finally break to our game is 15:48.....take the over.
Keep your radio handy.

I always let Larry and Bucky provide commentary w/ TV on mute. Yeah there's a delay (get the radio feed sooner), but it's still better than anything CBS, NBC or ESPN can offer. All they do is recite the media guide all game long and 3 years later refer to Vee as "the transfer from G'town."

Come on Rollo. Do the calculations. You know light travels faster than sound. You just need to put the radio a little farther away than the tv. Probably will have to turn the sound up.

If I can get one that extends to your house I'll be there about 8:50.
BTW, I like Bud Light and Habanero sauce on my wings.
Celery and ranch, too.

I would say come on over, but wont be home from BB practice till 945 or so.
Besides, if your Oakwood neighbors found out you rubbed elbows with someone from the north side of town they may kick you out of the club.
And I thought only women or men lacking essential (or is it substantial) parts drink Bud Light.

I'm pretty sure their seniors were on the floor when St Louis beat UD on senior day, Gregory's last home game. This would be a nice payback

The rich and famous of Oakwood, me included, openly and genuinely embrace diversity. A visit to the north side will meet our secret quota of 1 out-of-the-bubble visit/year. I'll see you at 9:45. Where do you keep the beer? My butler knows I prefer twist off bottles....so please, be so kind.

By the time CBS Sports joins our game we'll be at the second media timeout. TV people need to correct this situation.

They show up, that's all, there is no fire in their belly--There is no sense of urgency with them--don't know if that falls on Archie or the players--they just don't seem to give a shizit.

Vee was way too late roaring on that -- completely Vee's fault. Kavs did right job on helping and Vee did not.
Please hit our foul shots!?!?!?

Don't blame him. Blame the idiot dribbling down court like a maniac who feeds him the ball.

The Bills continue what they did in the first game against us - penetrate and dish inside. I know we won't use a zone, but I think it could temper that penetration/dish strategy.

Again, this could be one of those games where at the end one might finthemd selves saying, "phuck if they had hit even half their free throws, they would have one that game."

This team plays so much better when they push the basketball. Even if you risk turnovers, we play so much better in transition.

Need the FTs. Down one 24 - 23.
Glad to see SLU was not able to start this seniors' night game with a bang. The Flyers did good in that area.
