I promise to never say anything negative about Kavs until next year. If it wasn't for him this would be over. Just keep CW over on the bench for a while and move CJ to the 4 and put 3 guards out there with Kav

Kav needs to stay in. I think maybe he's graduated up the ranks to top big man. At least he's grabbing rebounds and playing D. Offense is looking good tonight, maybe this is his breakout game.

What the heck offense is this? Good looks from all over, only took the three when we had it, kind of looks like a basketball team.

We have just witnessed the true potential of this team, regardless of what happens next.
45-46
We have outscored them 19 to 6 in 5 minutes.

Wright has got to do a better job of taking care of the ball when he gets it in the middle of the zone.

BG please put CJ at the high post of the zone! CW and Kavs are not good enough passers/ball handlers to distribute from there.

So is this the players getting their heads out of their arses or a good job of coaching at halftime?

Standard UD generating offense from defense and trying to beat the zone down the court before it sets up. Ball needs to continue to go down low for easy layups.

Actually, if you watched the last few games you would have noticed Kavs really getting after it on the glass. he had 5 rbs against W. Carolina in just 8 min. With more playing time he will have games like this.

Nice to see Kavs having a good game. Devin and Benson have also had good games, what we need is for one or more of them to step up and do so consistently. At least Kavs has the beef.
Did I hear the commentators say that Searcy has an upside and could become some kind of player??? He's a senior, if he ain't done it by now he never will.

CW misses and SH gets the ball. Misses and CJ gets the ball. JW at the line with 2 shots after Flyers took almost all the shot clock. Misses 1st shot 1:06 to go. Misses both!
Under 1 min. SH misses PW walks after the rebound. 45.9 secs to go Dayton up 65-59. SH calls time out.

Staten misses 2 FT's and then a walked called on PW on a long rebound. We need a stop and get the ball to anyone but Staten.
And Staten gets the board and goes back to the line.

The last one was Staten's bad pass. He threw it too hard and right at PW's knee.

I'll buy it, my feed crapped out for a bit and came back in time to see what looked like PW blowing it. Either way, I'll take the W.

Great win. This is why you don't jump off the bandwagon early in the season. This team is improving every week. We could win our next 2 ooc games and be successful in conf.

Nice win tonight! So, does BG get the credit tonight for firing up the troops at the half? Kavs and foul shooting helped greatly tonight. Always great to earn a come from behind win on the road against a decent team and for a new star to emerge tonight was icing on the cake!

Glad that this backs up UC being just an abnormality. Big road win with an OOC schedule that had few chances at them.

i missed the first 5 min of the 2nd half, but i've criticized BG a few games ago about coming slow out of the gates, gonna give hime major props tonight for tonight. whatever he said in the locker room finally got them going. we had to if we were going to have any chance. wish we could come out like that to start every 2nd half

We have now beaten 2 major conference teams on the road. Very impressive. If we take care of business rest of the way those 2 wins will loom large.

I'll give BG credit and it was great the way Kav played tonight, but lets hold off on a "new star" emerging. It was one game. If Kav can do that a few more times then you can start that talk.

TA is right on the mark...
...two BCS wins on the road....does wonders for our RPI.
Now, two tough opponents at home with the "opportunity" to finish the OOC schedule in style.....12-3 doesn't sond bad at all.
Great come-from-way-way-behind win!
