Well, usually, this time of year, we're only talking about VCU, RI, Davidson, SB, SLU etc... and how to get a bye in the A10 tournament and then if things are going real well, the bubble teams. But now we're talking Duke, Maryland, Gonzaga, SDST, Kansas, Baylor, Louisville. And what's really cool is we're not even talking about KY, Mich St., UCLA, Arizona, Xavier, Villanova etc. because they just aren't good enough for us lol

I think #3 is a possibility, and #4 is an absolute lock. No way SDSU stays ahead of us after losing to a .500 team on their home court. Gonzaga losing at #23 BYU is a totally different situation, as is #1 Baylor losing to #3 Kansas (admittedly, at home).

I was surprised Haws didn’t get at least a flagrant 1 on his back-check on the opponent. Can’t remember who it was but the ball was nowhere near the play when he just intentionally went at the Zag player. They even reviewed the play and called nothing.

Remember those 4-5 games that UD should have won by 15+ but instead won by 2-8 points. This is what could have happened because everyone has bad days at the office. So far this is what has made this year’s team so special. They get everything but the kitchen sink thrown at them. They go cold shooting the three. Obi even had a subpar night two games ago. They lost two OT games in the first third of the season and have since learned and found a way to win in OT in a hostile SLU environment.

More work to be done, but dang 3-4 on Monday is going to happen.

I thought the guy embellished the push a bit. Haws may be 160 lbs soaking wet and the guy acted like he got hit by a Mack truck. I do think a foul could have been called, but that is not reviewable - only the flagrant determination is reviewable.

This past Saturday just reinforces the reality in BB that no matter how high you are ranked you are not infallible and the same can happen to UD when Davidson comes to town or we go to GM or RI.

A well worn saying " Just keep winning " is as true NOW as it was in December when the streak started.

We lose to either Davidson or GM and we take a bit of a fall ... maybe near #10 maybe outside of the top 10 depending upon what others will do that were behind us in the rankings.

A loss to RI at their place maybe not as much a significant drop but a drop still. We are not in a P5 conference.

Not the week a one seed comes (of course it would be totally nice!) but
upon scrutiny, who drops out...Kansas or Baylor? SDS with first loss ? Gonzaga 2-3 spots? Anyway, if the Flyers are to cut down the nets they'll do it by beating anyone and everyone in whichever region they are placed.
