Any idea when AM will finalize his staff/ name assistants?
When does this generally happen when a new coach is named?
This should provide some clarity as to where the current UD Assistants stand...

I just checked - IU has 3 former DI head coaches as assistants. I would expect 2, if not 3 to be scuttled. More emphasis for us to hire within.

I'd guess anywhere b/w a week up to a month. Remember Coach Griffen wasn't initially on Archie's staff, IIRC they were set to hire or had hired an assistant, but a job at Syracuse opened up (where the guy in question, may have been Adrien Autry, played basketball and he joined that staff instead) so Archie turned to Griffen to fill the last assistant job on his staff over the last 6 seasons. I'm sure there are numerous people that Archie has talked to in the past that he has interest in, but there is still a lot in flux in the coaching world, if you think about the number of head coaches that change rolls, think about all the assistants that effects.
