That is the kind of publicity that the A10 needs. It's not great if you consider that great is likely being a top 4 conference on a regular basis. But, it's a lot of fun and has some exciting basketball. I take particular note of his mention that any of a number of teams could have made an Elite 8 run. UD peaked at the right time, but it could have been VCU, SLU, UMass or SJU. That's the message that I want basketball fans to get. Shaka bringing in 3 Top 100 recruits is great for the conference. I like the fact that he's recruiting a different type of player than UD as well....I doubt we'll be losing recruits to him. Oh, and by the way, good luck to SLU with Crews having to rebuild/reload. I bet he's gone within 3 years.
