An observation...
I notice this team does not get out and run a fast break very often. They seem to take their time, down court, more than past teams. Not sure if that is a Miller thing or just this team?

These are obscene offensive numbers we are putting up tonight. The ball movement looks good without regard to the score. A good sign for us.

Respectfully, I disagree. The good teams won't let us play like this. Won't give us the paint like Fordham has. Play more zones. 65% from the field isn't likely to happen against the top 6 teams in the league. This has to feel like a " get out of jail free card" for the Flyers tonight after playing defenses like VCU and Butler.

Tech Question
I am watching on a desktop computer. I expanded the picture to full screen but still only have a picture on the top 60% of my monitor. The bottom 40% of the monitor is just a solid light gray. Any hint how I get a larger picture. Thanks.

We are now not getting the on-ball pressure we gave them the first half. Dillard just pushed a guy out of bounds. Fordham is seeing a relaxed defense with Price out and picking their way the hoop.
IMO if we lose the second half badly we didn't prove a thing the first half.

Nowhere to go but up for Josh. This game has to be rock bottom. Gotta get him back productive for a decent 2nd half of the season.

That's a nice win for the Explorers. Bonnies beat St. Joes.

I like it that all the underclassmen got good minutes and were collectively pretty productive. This game was a "healing" event for our confidence.

Noticed that Chris Johnson scored against the Lakers tonight. Nice to see a Flyer do well and he is one that we wanted to see succeed.

I really have seen all I can stand of Benson. He watched most of the 2nd half but learned nothing. He came back in, refused to pass and shot 2 airballs and another that hit the bottom of the rim. I have had enough.

fordham benched their starters and 4 of the didn't play in the 2nd half. The bench guys were gassed after 6-7 minutes. You get tired you don't move on defense and don't rebound.

Couldn't beleive the first ten minutes of game that I saw before heading out to teach class. Like ARch and the team have been reading the message boards
- Dillard had 6 assists after like 6 minutes, playing mainly pass first
- Vee was on fire early
- Scott was in the game early
- Robinson started reboudning again
- Later in game , we got Derenbecker going
- Khari was Khari
All the things that needed to happen for this team to do well.... happened. Vee scoring is huge for us. Really no way for us to beat better teams without either Vee/Derenbecker hitting from outside.
Of course it's Fordham, but you need tune up games like this. What two more games before we scramble some Eggs?

Maybe they had a let down after our game? It took a miracle for them to beat Gonzaga.
Good job Explorers.
