I don’t want to get overconfident, but of the 5 games we lost in conference play, 4 of the losses are on the opposite side of the bracket. And while the other loss is to our likely quarterfinal opponent, SLU, they’ll be playing their 2nd game in 2 days, while we’ll have 6 days off (assuming they beat the winner of the 11/14 game). The table is set, gentlemen. Take advantage of it!

VCU should make the finals without breaking a sweat.
Dayton will have to battle to get there but would love to see UD/VCU round 3 a week from Sunday.

Not sure they love seeing a possible showdown with Rhodey, though. RI beat VCU and has been playing well lately.

Assuming Rhody can win the 8/9 game, they could give VCU a run for their money, with Russell, Dowtin, and Langevine. But yeah, the Rams in black and gold should be the clear favorite.

Funny game. If Trey’s tip drops against Rhody and Evans misses the deuce that gave VCU a one-point win on our court, the Flyers would be the one seed instead of the three. First time ever Dayton has had a better road record than home record in A-10 play. Time to brush away all the what-if scenarios by sweeping three in Brooklyn.

That may be conventional wisdom but the Bonnies have exhibited an ability to shine in the tournament and I see a Bonnies — Flyer matchup in the final.

The only think you can count on in Brooklyn is the bracket ain't going chalk. Two of the top 4 seeds may end up in the Finals, but it's always a interesting in the early rounds.

I do like our side of the bracket better.
I know this is a neutral court situation; however, here are the Away game winning percentages of the top 8 seeds...
UD - .70
VCU - .67
DAV - .59
GMU - .50
SBU - .47
DUQ - .40
URI - .39
SLU - .34

Survive and advance. Go Flyers!

Thanks for the bracket.
Our seed is great. But with this team we could be:
0-1
1-1
2-1
Win it all.
Which team shows up? I hope the last one.

Just think those big 3 on Rhode island are playing great basketball now especially Russell, who's playing like the best guard in the a-10. Also they are an experienced team who knows exactly what it's like to go through an a-10 tournament.

Odds to win A10 tournament games are listed at https://www.teamrankings.com/ncb/con...ic-10-bracket/
Odds to win it all: VCU=41.09%; UD=22.69%; Dav=17.46%; St.Bon=6.47%
I like our chances to win the A10 tourney this year. Go Flyers!!!

Very similar to Kenpom, although he has VCU slightly higher at 45%. About an 85% chance one of the top three seeds wins the tourney. Agree with that this year. Would be shocked if someone other than VCU, Dayton or Davidson wins it.

Day one is in the books. Both close games. A little surprised Richmond struggled so much with Fordham.
GW and Richmond survive and advance.
Hoping Richmond can get it together and upset SLU.
Go Flyers!

Shown on this bracket are eight pretty good teams. I am sure that the Duquesne fans are disappointed to not be in this group. Can any of these teams advance in the NCAA? Or are they one and dines? We’ll see?

I've seen 2 different times for semifinal if we win tonight.
Saturday 6pm or 330p?
Same question for Sunday . 1pm Sunday?
