We'll have another top 50 win if Wm & Mary (UDPride RPI #51) kicks it up a notch.

Projected to be 2-1 top 25; 5-2 top 50; and 10-5 top 100. 2014-2015 Dayton was 1-3 top 50 and why UD was last team in. 5-2 top 50 would be great. Need to keep rooting for Xaiver, Iowa, Vandy, Monmouth, W&M, GW, Davidson, St. Joe's, and Richmond (A-10 teams all hovering around 45-60 in projected finish). Also for Arkansas and Bama to be top 100 (they are both borderline) as well as Chatanooga to stay at solid top 100 team.

No question that the Flyers are in a much better position than last year due to the fact that their victims are playing at a high level. Who would have thought that Monmouth and WM would be this strong?

Probably Neil Sullivan & Archie when they put the schedule together .
At a meeting 2 weeks ago at the arena, AM mentioned that he and Neil met soon after last season ended with the one purpose in mind to schedule "better"............I am sure AM didn't want to be any where near the "last team" in again this season!
Looks like they've done rather good job so far at least!
I love what they've accomplished and it's clear it's making a difference despite his lamenting the tough nature of this years schedule thus far---------every team is good!

Yup. I was waiting for that kicker that is needed to get W & M up one more slot. But doubt it will be a win over Central Michigan. Then post the 5-2 in caps for all those who slammed our ooc schedule.

Update on Flyers vs top 50--now 5 wins.
As of today both Vanderbilt and William & Mary are in the top 50. Vandy was #50 yesterday and moved to 45. W&M moved from 51 to 48.
So unless there has been significant movement today, the Flyers are the ONLY Division 1 program with 5 top 50 wins at this point.

Does that mean we could also slip to 3 soon?

Unfortunately that could happen and more. It does appear that we have some quality wins over teams that will continue to get better. Think our ooc schedulers have been vindicated.

Billy & Mary lost at home to Towson and are now about 86 in the RPI. Great. A few more losses like that and they will be out of the Top 100 for good. C'mon Billy!

I'm rooting for Arkansas. i will not be surprised if they made a run in the SEC. They sure played like a solid team last night. Much better than advertised. I think this win is going to stand out positively in March.

They almost lost to Central Michigan at home. CMU = Towson. wtf. That's not the same team we played. C'mon Bill.
I didn't know it was possible to drop 40 spots after one loss at this point in the season. Pretty clear message. Don't lose to Towson at home. That's the poster boy for a bad loss.
