I know we defensively challenged, but these scoring droughts are killing us in recent games. Paul and Josh are just struggling and that places all the scoring burden on too few players.

Derrick Dukes was talking about the "short bench" thing and that is why the Flyers might be fatigued, but SLU only goes 8 or 9 deep, too.

If we can get a few better shots in the 2nd half, and keep-up the defensive intensity, this could be a game. A few of those off-target 3's were from NBA range. To paraphrase Jim Nantz in "Tin Cup", "He doesn't need to shoot it from there!"

The WHIO radio broadcast and TV feed are only off by about 1 second. Much better listening to Larry and Bucky on the 1 second delay.

Agreed, but my feed is off by about ten seconds, and now doesn't even work at all.

58-50 is the final a score. I thought we played hard and greatly improved on defense. Offensively, we need badly shooters and scorers as well as players who can put the ball on the floor.

Good effort. Just couldn't put the biscuit in the basket. SLU's defense makes you play ugly.

Did anyone see the stat during the game that Majerus reached 500 wins faster than Coach K did? Impressive, even though I know Coach K kinda had a slow start...

I can takeosing every game the rest of this year with of effort and commitment to defending. If they give that effort tbey won'tose every game though.

SLU took away Dillard making plays for others. Shows how important that is in the UD offense and how much a difference he makes. Take that away and it wasn't pretty.
