Following B-Rob from afar...
With the unimpressive, uninspired win yesterday, I was a bit depressed and decided to look up Roberts on the web to see how he was doing and was able to actually find articles and videos of his games...
It appears his team is now 3-1 and is the surprise team in the top league in Israel and he is doing quite well...here are some links..

If you look for his team in the many video clips (Gilboa/Galil) you can see about 5-6 clips of his games..

Man I hope he can make the NBA some day. Not for bragging rights on UD's behalf but simply because he is a great kid who would represent himself well in prime time.

I was actually looking at that last Friday.
What actually caught me eye, was that not only is Roberts and Binnie playing, but Sandoval is playing in South America. Waleskowski, and Cripe (or was it Finn) was playing too. I think I saw another ex-Flyer playing somewhere too. If you click on some of those links in eurobasket.com, it links you to other (country)basket.com's sites, and you can find some Flyer players. Maybe when I have more time, I'll find those player links again...

Roberts is still wearing RED !
I'm surprised John R hasn't caught this one.
Their team colors are red and white and their fans are doused in red.

I clicked on the link to see that awful picture from freshman year again and noticed that they renamed the other "Brian" to avoid confusion apparently. They are now calling the former Illinois guard "Brain Randle".

Cripe is playing overseas ... and everyday I wake up ... I think of sending out a recruiting tape on me and heading over there.

Is the Lumberjack song playing in the background on that photo?
