Brian Conway (former recruit) arrested

I don't remember much about him so not sure how hard we were after him, but glad he decided to go elsewhere

Bloom High School’s Brian Conway, who gave the University of Northern Iowa basketball program a verbal commitment in August, was charged with armed robbery Wednesday and was being held on $100,000 bond, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. .. . Conway, a 6-foot-3 senior who was expected to sign with UNI in November, was ranked the 25th best recruit in Illinois by ChicagoHoops.com for the 2009 class. He averaged 11 points and five rebounds per game last season. At the time, Conway chose UNI over Cincinnati, Illinois State, Dayton and Illinois-Chicago.

I think we all dodged a bullet on this one (pun intended).
