I don’t think either Kaleb Washington or Tyrone Baker, the most recent transfers, have landed at new schools as yet.
Moulaye Sissoko is at North Texas, averaging only 4 minutes and 1 point a game. He mostly rides the bench. Elijah Weaver is at Chicago State, a starter, averaging almost 12 points a game and shooting 32 percent from three. Both transferred out at the end of last season.

Lynn Greer is at St. Joseph, averaging 10 a game and shooting 25 percent from three. His only non-start was against Dayton.
Frankie Policelli is a starter at Stony Brook, scoring about 14 a game and hitting his threes at about a 37 percent clip.
Jordan Davis is playing what seems like his 12th year of college hoops, now at Vanderbilt. He’s a starter averaging 10 a game and 33 percent from three.
Oh, and Luke Frazier finally found his level at DIII John Carroll. He’s a starter averaging 17.5 points a game and shooting 41 percent from three. His skills never translated to DI — not at Dayton, not at Ohio University.
I can’t think of any other Dayton transfers still playing college ball.

I assume he is asking about Washington and Baker; I have no clue where, if anywhere they have landed.

To add to Policelli: had 30 points in the 2nd half his last game, including 20 in a row for his team. Averaging 9.5 rebounds a game.
Dwayne Cohill is at Youngstown St. He leads the team in points (17.6), assists (4.8), steals (1.6), turnovers (3.1), FG % (yes, ahead of big men, at 54.7%), 3pt% (52% on 39 of 75 shooting), and 2nd in FT% (86.7%). So basically he is the leader of the team that is in 1st place in the Horizon. My opinion is we really could have used him this year, especially when Malachi and Elvis were out.
Ty Baker: a friend told me he is at Florida Southwestern State College, but I just looked at their roster and don't see him listed.
No clue on Kaleb.
Jordan Davis is in his 2nd year as a Jacksonville Dolphin, not a Vandy Commodore (they have a Jordan Wright). Rest of the stats listed were correct.

You're confusing Jordan Davis this year with Rodney Chatman of last year as he's the only Flyer that transferred out to Vandy.
Jordan Davis lol. Recruited to Dayton by Archie Miller. Started most of his freshman season under Grant. Transferred out of dayton after his sophomore season. Sat a year. Played 2020-2021 with Middle Tennessee. Transferred after one season to Jacksonville. Is in his 2nd season there and final season of eligibitity.
So, he was recruited to Dayton in 2016 and is still playing 7 years later. A transfer redshirt year and the free eligibiltiy of 2020-2021, has made him a professional student/college basketball player.

Agree that we could have used Cohill this year with the injuries, but not realistic. There are 363 teams in a division 1 basketball "league" with free agency. Thus, having three or more guys a the same position on the same team who are of "starter" quality is not likely to occur, unless you are Duke or Kansas.
Look at UD for example, we have been the beneficiary of guys like Siebert or Vee Sanford who didn't want to ride the bench at major programs, when they could come to UD and start. Dwayne Cohill didn't leave because someone told him to, he left because he wanted to play.

Yep, my bad. Does seem like Davis has been around forever. He ought to be rocking chair material before long. And I forgot all about Cohill. He’s the one player I’d like to have back on our roster.

Through all of these that transferred out of Dayton, only Rodney Chatman moved up as far a conferences throughout his college career. Southern, A10, SEC. I believe all the others went down. I think Cohill transferred out due to the unknown of the Flyers at the time. We had Weaver and Brea with Mali, Greer and Elvis coming in. He had no idea where he would fit in at the time and as a 4 star recruit, didn't want to waste the rest of his college career coming off the bench.

Honor Roll to "DaRon Holmes II averaged 18 points across two games for Dayton, while also averaging 7.0 rebounds and 1.5 blocks … UD freshman Mike Sharavjamts tallied 14 points and three assists while shooting .556 (5-for-9) in Dayton’s split week …"

He had finally found a roll in dayton. Was a great sixth man who could play d and started becoming more comfortable in the offense. Started to actually hit a few shots and got to the hoop when he wanted to.
Funny thing is there was plenty of playing time for him the next year but he just felt with the good recruiting class coming in that he was still going to be super sub.

After this season he will only be 11 credits short of his associates degree. (Just joking, he could be a Rhodes scholar for all I know. It would just be funny if he still didn't have a degree after all that.)

Remember, though, that Davis didn’t actually play college ball until 2017-18, when he was a true freshman on Grant’s first team. Including his “sit out” season when he transferred from here (remember those? The good, old days), that means he’s on Year 6. That kind of collegiate career was almost unheard of before, and will be very unlikely to happen in the future unless the NCAA reinstates the “sit out” year for transfers.

Even if they reinstate the sit-out year, it's not going to happen because they would also need a season like 2020-2021 where players can play and not use up a season of eligibility. Because this is his 5th season playing.
In a hypothetical couldn't this have happened to a player:
2014-2015 red shirts
2015-2016 plays
2016-2017 transfers and has to sit out
2017-2018 plays
2018-2019 transfers again and has to sit out
2019-2020 plays
2020-2021 plays but it's a free eligibility season
2021-2022 transfers again
2022-2023 injures himself pre season and sits out
2023-2024 plays

Insert a Matt Kavanaugh expulsion in there and stretch it out another season.

Can't happen...5 year clock to play 4 seasons...eligibility would be exhausted after the 2018-2019 season...you only get a 6th year in very exceptional circumstances

Dang, his successful way of creating his own shot from near the paint and his accuracy shooting, reminded me of a guy named Roosevelt Chapman against Oklahoma. And before anyone says anything, no, I'm not saying that Policelli is even close to Velvet, just that set of highlights reminded me of him.

Policelli: I thought he had the potential to be a good scorer when at Dayton. I'd watch him in warmups, shot after shot, even 25 feet away, was nothing but net. The guy had a pure shot, and had athleticism. However, I saw 2 problems when he got in games that hurt him here: 1. Nerves....he airmailed a couple of 3s during games, which never happened in warmups....apparently he has overcome this in his time at Stony Brook. 2. and this was the BIG problem for him.....he looked absolutely clueless on defense. Didn't move his feet well, didn't know where to be, appeared to have no clue who he was guarding. And one thing about the last 3 Dayton coaches....if you were clueless on defense, you did not play. Since I have never seen a Stony Brook game, I have no idea if this has improved or if possibly that team doesn't care as much as long as you can score...
