CBS College Sports Question?

Do you have to have Time Warner to be able to watch it? I was reading something about the TV schedule for UD on DaytonDailyNews.com and it said something like to watch the home game vs St. Louis you have to have some kind of package with time warner cable. Can you watch it if you have Dish?

If you have dish you also need the fork and the spoon to watch it.
