What job would he get offered? His stock is falling fast.

Kav would have fouled out in about 3 minutes with the way they called this game and Searcy is extremely inconsistent.

Larry & Bucky having trouble picking a POG--they decided to just blow it off. General suckage too extreme today.

Did not expect this. Bucky and Larry -- I hate to say -- did the right thing by not picking a player of the game.
Wow.

The insane contract BG was given is going to kill Dayton basketball. It's time to fire the guy, and he's still under contract for 7 years. He simply cannot be fired without giving the school legal cause.
Time to everyone to see the reality of the situation. Brian Gregory is a terrible coach. The program is a laughing stock to its peers.

Mid level Big 10 or Big East??? Not a chance- whatever buzz might have surrounded him early on is wearing off quickly- How about a good recruiter and a decent coach? They are not mutually exclusive

Anyone who won't admit we have serious, serious problems is in denial. BG needs to change big time, add some proper assistants, or take his talents elsewhere. A or B probably won't happen because he seems confident in his 'strategy'.
Larry and Bucky just said - No player of the game for Dayton!!!
(By the way, denial ain't just a river in Egypt.)

Still in 8th. 3 way tie I believe, with St. Bonny and LaSalle.

At this point, there's nothing else to say...even I'm at a loss for words. I don't think John R would defend this coach at this point.

I really hope the magnitude of this defeat was a result of illness. The lack of hustle described by Larry & Bucky and obvious carelessness (19 TOs?!!!! 2-6 FTs) suggest BG may have lost these guys.

True, but we were launching 3s with much more frequency in the 2nd half than in the first. Since Gametracker froze, I didn't get the final tally, but we were 4-7 in first half (reasonable number of shots) and had taken 11 in the 2nd half at the time gametracker froze (hitting 2).

Will this be a wakeup call for BG (certainly not for the players, other losses didn't do it) or will Napolean continue to not budge from his ego.
Okay if we are stuck with BG then he has to at least realize that he needs help...lots of help. Experienced asst coaches.

Agree with Avid. If BG is our man, Wabler needs to tell BG he needs a proven assistant who understands offense.

This has to be the lowest point for UD basketball since the pre-"Rise of BRob Era". I just have no confidence in our team right now. The expected drop in our defensive ability has not been compensated by an improvement in offensive ability. Both areas have taken a step back, if that is possible.

That might be your wake up call. St. Bonny's still recovering from the Baron departarture and JUCO with a mechanic's degree debacle and LaSalle reeling from several rough off seasons.

In BG's post game interview, I didn't get the feeling that he saw the light.
A couple of quotes from Bucky at the end of the game, "Offense was stagnant and defense was even worse". He also mentioned that we were outhustled. I put this game on both BG and the players.
