Video of Kyle's Last Shot
For those of you who did not see Kyle's last shot, here it is along with other highlights. It was a very tough shot.

I can't believe Swampy hasn't changed the title of this thread to read 'highlights of the Miami win'. I mean, isn't that sole purpose around here?

I like Pollards little highstep-jog he does after he hits a good shot.

He's needed to shoot something!!! ( not3's) Last night he took all of 3 shots in 37 minutes. Crosby shot 4 times, and not effectually. I think we have some chemistry problems to iron out. Perhaps adding in Pierre will help. IMHO the real need is for SS to be more aggressive personally with his r=penetration and to create, rather than merely bring the ball up.

Almost every one of Pollards threes are from a point on the court and a time on the shot clock where he has no other option. He can drive into traffic and draw a charge because everyone has sagged off, shoot the three, or find someone to pass to and get a rushed shot or a clock violation. If we want Pollard to not shoot threes then they should stop passing to him outside the arc with 6 on the shot clock.
I think he has taken one three he should not have.

Kendall was 3/9 last year from 3pt. Earlier in this season he went 1/3, 2/6, and now 3/9.
He is NOT one of our expected spot -up 3pt shooters, but for a guy stuck with the ball and 2 seconds left on the shot clock, he has done well for himself.
He has shown good perception of the clock count and moved into an open spot behind the line knowing totally that his number might be called in that situation. Can't fault him for that.
If he could shoot 33% for a season, he would have the green light. Not going to happen.
That isn't in our offensive scheme.
But you can almost see his eyes light up when the last second opportunity arises, and he has strong range and elevates so he is tough to block.

It's actually a great weapon because when the clock is running down, teams don't bother to guard him, so he's going to get lots of opportunities for 3s. If he hits 33 percent, who's complaining?

He had no business even being out there. Much rather he'd be inside awaiting a pass or a rebound. We should have 3 others who can jack up a last second shot from distance

If he's hitting at a 33 percent clip on 3s at the shot clock buzzer, what's the problem? Everyone else is being guarded well or we wouldn't be down that far in the shot clock.

My favorite part was how KD was immediately getting back to play D after hitting the game winner with the "next play" mentality that you want all of your players to have.
