Wouldn't that be great if Justine came home to help coach...

The one thing Justine could bring to the team is how to play tough defense in the post. Always thought it funny when X had two top post players would really regret Justine in the post. Even when Justine tor Her acl and wore a brace she made her presence felt.
Come home Justine.

I can say this much for sure, Justine had one heck of a great experience being part of that turnaround Megan Duffy achieved this season at Miami. As a staff they made wine out of water in the MAC, and made the post season with a thoroughly despondent squad to start with.
Go get 'em Justine.

Now that she's accepted the Miami assistant position I couldn't see her changing her mind even to come back to UD. Maybe a shrewd move for Miami to do this after possibly getting an inkling that Simon would be leaving for NCS.

Yeah but now she's officially an assistant which might make her more attractive and valuable. People move all the time, doubt Megan would begrudge her to take UD job if offered.

You could look at it this way. Both Green and Duffy are proving their worth in D1. Justine is in a position where she can become an attractive candidate for head coach at either University should Duffy or Greene find themselves on the short list of bigger program openings. Hopefully both programs can continue to excel.
