LW is on the verge of a weird dbl dbl. He's got 9 boards and 8 assists.

It kinda feels like temple has just kind of thrown in the towel. Not much fight in them right now. Flyers looking as good as we've looked all year. Just gotta finish strong.

Gee, I'm just sitting here, watching the game, enjoying the double digit lead and it hit me:
Where is the agita in the pit of my stomach that I usually have at this time of the game? I kinda miss it.

I hope Paul hasn't aggrevated his injury. Maybe with a lead, it's a precautionary thing...at least I hope.

We are looking sloppy in our slow-down offense. I think we need to look to score and attack the rim.

This slow down is BG's doing and it's taken them out of their offensive rhythm--

Terrible pass by KH. I'm not a KH basher, but he has been a let down at times this year. I see good potential in him, I just wish he saw the same and went out with his teeth gritted with anger and did it. What will it take to get him fired up and playing to his potential. Where is his Dad?

Slow down game is fine if you don't miss the front end of 1 and 1's

Should've been a blowout, but I guess Dayton wanted to win another game by 5 or less so they can improve their resume after their first loss to RI (5 or less)!!

Christmas can really shoot. We weren't going to blow this team out with their shooting ability, but we started slowing down way too soon.
CL should not have shot that ball, but good job on the FTs.

Props to the Sr. for coming thru in the clutch. Good win. One step closer to the big dance. These guys "play to win the game" and they did just that. On to X.

How can we run the weave and hold the ball when the other team does not chase us. Temple was smart. They just waited till the clock ran down and we took a panic shot when they packed it in.

Really hated the slow down and the subbing down the stretch, but over all i think that's one of the best games we've played all year. 21 assists on 24 baskets is amazing.

WE DANCIN! WIGGLE WIGGLE!!
Big W today and great ft shooting in the end. Lots of good ball playing today by the whole team. Only thing I did not like was BG playing stall ball with like 5 minutes left. Could have cost them if not for making FTs. With a team like ours in the FT department you can never score enough points to win until the clock has run out and I hope BG learned that today. Great win and now onto X!

I am glad that Christmas is a senior and we won't see him next year.

BTW, the Fernandez kid is a real punk for the trip on CJ--that's was total BS.
I knows some peoples in Philly that can take care of the kid's attitude--only kidding
but I do know some people in Philly

TV people referred to our "key" losses as Charlotte and SLU. I think UMass was certainly a worse loss tham SLU.

Some thoughts. Nice to see Chris Johnson back and doing his thing. Nice to see London take over the game. Nice to see Stephen Thomas take those charges. Nice to see Chris Wright stay out of foul trouble. Nice to see Mickey Perry show a good all around game.
Just nice to see the Flyers win.

I think BG was trying to make Temple chase us around opening up lanes to the basket and at first it was working pretty well.
That clock couldn't move fast enough with Santa Claus getting so freakin' hot at the end of the game.

The stall ball was fine, we just had the wrong people in for it. You can't do that with LW, KH and CL in at the same time. Unfortunately I think you have to have LW and KH in (KH is way more comfortable handling the ball in the high post and in general actually) but when you don't have to guard any outside shooters it makes it difficult.

I don't hear anyone complaining about playing 12 most of the year now that we had only 9 healthy bodies tonight. Certainly looks smart now.

I was watching some of the Creighton-Illinois St. game today on ESPN and they had Auburn as a key win for Northern Iowa. Then on today's CBS College Sports, they did not count Auburn as a key win for Dayton. So, Auburn is a key win for Northern Iowa and not for Dayton? Gotta love the media.

I am sure he would say "We won, didn't we?"
It is just like the prevent defense in football - sometimes it 'prevents' you from winning. You dominate a team the whole game and then you let them dictate the tempo and direction of the game. I don't understand why BG started this with about 9 minutes left in the game.

He did not say. He just said he gave us 3 great minutes before he reinjured himself.
Sounds like the same injury he had before St Louis.
