green/red boxes
What is the red box for? Is there somewhere explains why mine and some others are red while other people have green? How do I get more red lol

I understand that, I just dont understand how you gain/lose reputation. You have 2 green but most people have 1 red or 1 green. How do you lose/gain it? I see no where to give reputation to others.
