Its been closed for 8 months. I only let a few in at a time as I screen them for trolls.

I have never myself seen a time over the years when registration was open, though I have only tried sporadically to join. Recently, Chris was gracious to let me in via email request. His policy was to accept only institutional e-mails and paid ISP's probably is good at eliminating close to 100% of the spammers and spambots who reside primarily on free servers... even yahoo and gmail do not have sufficient capability of filtering out spammers.

BTW now that Xavier is gone from the A10, where would a troll even come from?
