At least they’ve had 2 chances to learn about URI this year. It’ll come in handy in the A10 QF provided they survive the 8/9 game which they seem ticketed for.

Crosby was the only one back on the last two fast breaks by RI. The rest have quit.

Deeper for sure. Dayton takes care of the ball and it would have been a different game

Just a bad matchup for this year's team. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

Together Cunningham and D Davis with 11 points. Kostas equals Davis with 6 points.

Cunningham and DD have combined for 11 points, 8 turnovers, and 6 fouls.
And X Williams literally did not show up...

Tough to win the A10 Tourney with 4 starters on the DL.

What jumps out at me more than anything is the difference in athleticism, and the number of players who can create their own scoring opportunities. We have very few.

I think Grant overplayed his hand with leaving Crutcher in so long. He should have used Crosby about twice.

our toughness. Yes i thought that last URI outing.
They are an impressive bunch. But it takes two to 3 years to get there.
We should get there in 2

Right, but what's he going say? He's so smart that he figured Rhody would beat UD @ Rhody? Wow, what an astute field day. Sigh!!!!!!

Despite all of those turnovers, we essentially stayed with them for 20 minutes. As we saw toward the end of the first half, which mercifully ended as URI was getting their legs, lack of bench hurt us. Guys started becoming fatigued and it was over.
Still I loved that first 18-20 minutes. Something to build off of.
