Like this signing a bunch. He keeps the New York pipeline intact, had some pretty good offers coming out of high school, and his stats as a frosh — albeit in a lower-level league — are impressive. He left after a coaching change at Iona, so maybe this more about the bigger stage than the Benjamins. (Yeah, probably both.) Anyway, our guard corps is suddenly looking a little more robust.
I'm guessing it's about both the better opportunity and more money. But that also means if he is successful at UD he will certainly look for another better opportunity and more money.

This is a high school highlights video and helps explain why he had a few high major offers. Kid is shifty as heck, with a pretty good handle. A little too shifty at times, but I like the fact he can penetrate and dish rather than always challenging the trees and putting up a rejectable fling.
