I remember Montague joining the team the same year as another highly anticipated freshman forward and thought Kanieski also. But looked back and realized it was Jim Rhoden who I was thinking of not Kanieski. Rhoden averaged 10.6 a game with 5.7 Rebounds and 2.2 assists his freshman year and stood out ahead of Montague. But Rhoden quit and went back to work on the family farm or something. Really puzzling as he would've been a very good player if he'd stayed.
