I suppose there could be more transfers but who? I don't see any of the other guards wanting to transfer as there is plenty of PT to go around. Sissoko, as pointed out repeatedly above, seems to be the big variable here and the only source of a potential open scholarship.

By what date do you think someone transferring out would put their name in the portal? It seems to me the longer they wait the less opportunities available to them. I would think they need to do it soon if they are going to do it at all.
