Massachusetts thread
Things to think about :
1) How will Bradshaw be affected missing Sunday's game with the ankle boo-boo suffered at La Salle? Or will she be affected at all?
2) UMass won an exhausting buzzer beater at Richmond Saturday then with one day off came out flatter than a can of old Coke before they got their game together in the third quarter Monday at Rhode Island. How will UMASS come out tonight?
3)How will UD defend Sam Breen - last time vs the Flyers she had 23 points and 11 rebounds. If it's Magassa she'll need help or risk foul trouble. Breen also plays outside quite a bit as a post player.
4) UMASS sports all five starters in double figures so though Breen may be the defensive concentration, Taylor, Philoxy, Mayo can't be forgotten.
Just my random thoughts on this interesting game. By the way Fordham will be in the same position Sunday since they have to play in a makeup game at Davidson Friday night - meaning only one day turnaround.

Jenna didn't start but two plus minutes into the game and no points she entered the game. I normally don't get into who starts and who doesn't but this is not a better team with Jenna on the bench.

Sloppy offensive night with bad shot selection and TOs, but the D came to play and took UMass out of their game. Flyer bigs totally dominated and owned the glass. When shots aren't falling and ball security is an issue, you can still hang your hat on D. We did.

Whalen now with 904 points in a Flyer uniform -- 109 needed to match Kizzy Dawson (1013).
