In case there was any doubt, UD is big time in this regard. After reading David Jablonski’s excellent book “The Epicenter of College Basketball” two things became abundantly clear.
1) The difference between UD and all of the other A-10 schools is that 55 years ago when the University had the chance, they gambled and built a 13,000+ seat arena.
2) UD had a visionary AD in Tom Frericks and the other 14 conference schools did not.
