BEVERLY HILLS (MI) — Summer time is upon us and that is most decidedly a good thing, unless of course you are a college hoops fan, in which case it ain’t necessarily so. The Coaching Carousel has finally stopped (or has it?) but the transfer wire continues to grow unabated. Somewhere out there are a couple of guys who are future Flyers, they just don’t know it yet and neither do we.
Meanwhile, let’s empty the “Links Box” and see what we’ve got:
— David Jablonski of The DDN provides details on off-season medical procedures that were performed on three different Flyer players (Khari Price, Dyshawn Pierre and Kyle Davis) on his Facebook page:

— ICYMI, recently arrived Flyer Detwon Rogers, the Juco transfer from the College of Southern Idaho has had a long, difficult journey to play for the Red and Blue on the Hilltop. Sounds like the kind of kid we will all enjoy rooting for:

— I had no idea who Gary Smith, the writer from Sports Illustrated was until he decided to retire recently at the age of 60. Now I do and I have some remedial reading to get to:
